Gamefy helps create, edit, preview, store, and export game projects. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed and tested before publication or commercial use.

You retain your rights in prompts, files, and other content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and use that content.

You may use and export generated project files, subject to applicable law and any licenses attached to third-party assets, models, fonts, audio, or software included in a project.

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, included credits, and taxes are shown before purchase.

Subscription credits reset with the applicable billing period. Purchased credit packs and their availability are governed by the terms shown at purchase.

Do not use Gamefy to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or create content intended to harm or deceive others.

Features may change as Gamefy develops. We may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or material violations of these terms.

The service is provided without a guarantee that generated code, assets, exports, or third-party integrations will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Gamefy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
