Gamefy relies on providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, error monitoring, and AI processing. These providers process information for the services they perform and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Payments are processed by a payment provider. Gamefy receives transaction, subscription, customer, and status information needed to manage your plan, but does not need to store full payment card details.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain project history, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You can update account details through available account controls and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
